We make tasty, thin-crust pizza, using high quality ingredients, organic wherever possible, from local and ethical suppliers. Naturally, all ingredients are GM free.
We make all our own dough using 100% organic, stoneground flour, seasalt, live yeast, water and nothing else. This dough is then slow-proved to bring out the flavour. It is hand-stretched and cooked at 450 degrees C for approximately 90 seconds.
We use 100% organic Italian tomatoes in our homemade pizza sauce.
We always use fresh whole mozzarella.
Our toppings change according to seasonal availability and include locally sourced and Italian smoked and cured meats, fresh vegetables roasted in the wood-fired oven, and home-made herb-infused oils.
We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. However, please note, that the gluten free pizzas will be baked alongside pizzas containing wheat.
